Refund policy


At Styqor, we want you to shop with complete confidence.
Every order is carefully packed and quality-checked — but if something doesn’t go as expected, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

For hygiene reasons, used grooming tools or opened personal care products cannot be returned.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@styqor.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Once verified, our support team will share return instructions and courier details.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong or damaged item), Styqor will cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the courier charges.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll process your refund via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

Please note: Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety purposes, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once opened:

  • Barber kits, grooming sets, manicure/pedicure kits, or tools.

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”


6. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll verify the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it can only be processed through the return procedure.
